Terms of Service – Booking Deposit

1. Purpose of the Deposit
The $80 deposit is a booking deposit. It allows us to reserve and confirm your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total service price at your appointment.

2. Booking Confirmation
Your appointment is only confirmed upon receipt of the $80 deposit.

3. Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable.

- If you cancel your appointment 48 hours or more before the scheduled time, the $80 deposit can be used to reschedule for another date (subject to availability).

- If you cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment, or in the event of a no-show, the $80 deposit is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

4. Appointment Change
Any change request must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Subject to availability, the deposit may be transferred to the new appointment.

5. Deposit Application
The $80 deposit will be applied as a discount to the total amount due for the service. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the appointment.

6. Acceptance of Terms
By checking the acceptance box and making the payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms of service.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.
